Built out of stainless steel, the VRH8 is designed to last and is equipped to handle being moved all throughout your kitchen, as well as from venue to venue for catering businesses. The casters let you roll it to wherever you need it to be, and the locks keep the wheels in place when you want to keep it in one spot. This cook and hold oven can roast meats at the low and slow temperature of 250ºF so you can place beef, pork, or poultry in at night and find the meats nicely caramelized and ready to be served in the morning. You can set the amount of time needed for cooking, and then trust that the oven will switch over to holding temperatures so the meat can rest while its kept warm. The knob controls are easy to operate for both you and your staff. The wire shelves are able to handle the weight of various meats and enable the oven to hold 8 sheet pans or 16 hotel pans. The unit rolls firmly on 5" heavy duty casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid. The doors are reversible in the field and the magnetic action door latch keeps the door closed and heat inside the cabinet. For busy restaurant kitchens, school or corporate cafeterias, or caterers, the VRH8 is the perfect way to roast various foods and get them ready to eat for customers while saving time and money.
