This cook and hold oven can roast meats at the low and slow temperature of 350ºF so you can place beef, pork, or poultry in at night and find the meats nicely caramelized and ready to be served in the morning. You can set the amount of time needed for cooking, and then trust that the oven will switch over to holding temperatures so the meat can rest while its kept warm. The electronic solid state controls are easy to operate for both you and your staff, and the digital display will prove easy to read. The wire shelves are able to handle the weight of various meats and enable the oven to hold 5 bun pans or 10 steam table pans. The door hosts a magnetic action door latch that keeps the door closed and heat inside the cabinet. The unit rolls firmly on 5" heavy duty casters, two swivel with brakes and two rigid.
