Description
The VMC-H4 is a 21" wide, Vector H series 4 shelf multi-cook oven from Alto-Shaam that has individually controlled cooking chambers and a (4) half-size sheet pan capacity.
The stainless steel multi-cook oven has double pane glass doors and includes (1) wire rack and (2) jet plates per cooking chamber. This multi-cook oven features programmable touch screen controls with Structured Air Technology that provides direct, high-velocity heat that cooks faster than traditional ovens. The unit stands firmly on 4" adjustable legs.
The VMC-H4 multi-cook oven is an electric unit that runs on 208-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase and 33-38 Amps for 10.6-13.9 kW with a NEMA 15-50P plug.
This multi-cook oven is made in the USA, UL listed for the United States and Canada, and it is UL EPH Classified.
