Its temperature can be adjusted from 32 to 41 degrees using electronic controls, and it?s insulated with high-density polyurethane to ensure cold air remains in the cabinet. The cabinet is equipped with six vinyl-coated steel shelves and illuminated with LED lighting for clear visibility. Operators can access it through two locking, self-closing stainless steel doors, and the casters ease transportation for maintenance or cleaning as needed.
