Description

The S13 is a heavy-duty manual slicer that is part of the Premium S-Series line from Globe. Featuring a hardened steel knife and continuous use motor, the knife drive system delivers high power while retaining a sharp blade. A patent-pending indexing system enables precise slice thickness adjustment while the tilting carriage accommodates large products for optimal results. In addition, this unit is equipped with No Voltage Release which prevents unintentional reactivation in the event of an interlock or power interruption.
