Description
The SP40 is an electric mixer that is part of the Planetary Floor Model line from Globe. Featuring a powerful custom-built motor with high-torque gear-driven transmission, large batches of dough can thoroughly be mixed for quality results. The front-mounted touch pad control panel helps manage three fixed speeds and includes a 60-minute digital timer. In addition, this unit is equipped with with a sturdy stainless steel bowl guard to add ingredients easily while observing the mixing process.
