This Jacob's Pride 18" piano whip/whisk has a one-piece, 4 1/2", ergonomic, nylon-covered handle that is completely sealed to ensure sanitary conditions. This whip/whisk features stainless steel piano style wires; fine wires for mixing or aerating thinner food products, and a center reinforcement wire to prevent bending. A knob end on the handle prevents slippage. Heat resistant up to 475°F.
