Description

Engineered with sturdiness in mind, the MCO-ES-10-S convection oven has stainless steel for its front, sides, top, and door, so it will be able to withstand use within a high traffic, high volume kitchen. The cabinet is enameled with porcelain, protecting the interior walls from potential damage from pans being pushed up against them, as well as making the inside easy to clean. The coved corners of the oven cavity also present a number of benefits such as increased ease of cleaning and increased airflow inside the oven cavity. The seamless construction of the porcelain interior prevents food particles from being harbored inside the oven cavity making it more sanitary overall. The doors, which are dependent, are constructed in a 60/40 configuration with the larger door on the left having one handle attached, allowing for 1 handed opening. The solid state control panel makes programming temperatures and times very simple and easy to understand with a 60 minute electro-mechanical timer. This model is equipped for operation on 208V/60Hz/1-phase.
