Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FAS Description
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FAS ice machine head measures 30.25 inches wide by 24.25 inches deep by 21.25 inches high, and with a dual exhaust that releases air from the top and side, it can be installed up against a wall. Its air-cooled condenser produces 561 pounds of full-cube ice in ideal conditions; however, if temperatures rise too high, it makes closer to 432 pounds of ice daily. The refrigeration system is self-contained to facilitate installation. With the push of a button, users can begin the sanitizing and descaling process, and PURE ICE® antimicrobial automatically slows the growth of bacteria.
To further streamline cleaning, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0530FAS full-cube ice maker includes a plastic food zone with removable, dishwasher-safe components. This unit also has a built-in SafeIce UV light that reduces yeast, bacteria, viruses, and microorganisms during ice production. It's equipped with an LED status display that alerts employees when maintenance is needed, ensuring the unit is operating properly for continued use. This machine makes full-cube ice that's ideal for serving soft drinks and cocktails.
