Made of high-heat resistant ultem plastic, the Cambro SPOP13150 high-heat serving spoon withstands temperatures from -40 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatility is ideal for prepping and serving hot and cold foods and is constructed to prevent damage to nonstick cookware. Because the spoon is perforated, it drains excess liquid off product. Its handle is comfortable to grip, with an angled design and molded-in thumb rest. A notch is integrated into the back of the handle so the utensil can securely rest on the edge of pans, and after use, it can be sanitized in a dishwasher and hung from its hanging hole.
