Its amber color indicates it’s meant for high-heat applications, and this material is translucent for a view of stored ingredients. The ninth-size pan holds 0.6 quarts of product for salad and yogurt toppings, dressings, and sauces, and for stabilization on a food bar or steam pan table, a ¹⁄₂-inch flange is built into its perimeter. Its nonstick interior lets users scoop out product smoothly. After use, it can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
