The Cambro 10CWGL135 is a flat GripLid cover from the Camwear series that fits GN full sized Cambro food pans. GripLid Covers combine cambro durability with the highest level of spill and cross contamination protection with a molded in polyurethane gasket that forms a hermetic seal with the container. This cover was engineered to keep food fresher for a long time and greatly decreases the likelihood of spilling. This lid boasts an extremely durable clear polycarbonate construction that can stand up to long term heavy use in a high volume kitchen. This lid is also made to be easily stackable, in effect conserving cooler space, and easy to clean in a dishwasher.
