Description
The Sentry Series SS686 was engineered with rugged durability boasting a stainless steel exterior and porcelain finished oven interior, making it able to stand up to constant every-day use. This electric range has a full size porcelain interior conventional oven base with one oven rack and 4 rack position guides that can be used for various tasks such as baking or roasting dishes while the range is in use. The oven is controlled with a heavy duty electro-mechanical thermostatic dial with a 150?-550? (66?-288?) temperature range. The range itself has 6 sealed high performance heating elements with overheat protection controlled by 6 heat switches. These heating elements sit in a 2 deep 3 wide configuration in front of a 10" stainless steel back guard with a slotted black enamel cap. For increased operator safety, this model features a cool touch oven door handle and heating element overheat protection, which adjusts element power if it is turned on for 8 minutes with no pan on top. This model is equipped for operation on 240V/60Hz/1-phase.
