Infinite high / low switch controls give you complete command over each burner's temperature.
The Garland SS684 commercial restaurant range's two, full size ovens have a complete porcelain interior finish for better heat retention and easier clean up. Each oven has an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit. Both ovens have a cool touch door handle, which protects your kitchen staff from accidental burns.

The SS684 Sentry Series unit was engineered with rugged durability boasting a stainless steel exterior and porcelain finished oven interior, making it able to stand up to constant every-day use. This electric range has 2 full sized porcelain interior conventional ovens with one oven rack and 4 rack position guides per oven, that can be used for various tasks such as baking or roasting dishes while the range is in use. The ovens are controlled with a heavy duty electro-mechanical thermostatic dials with a 150?-550? (66?-288?) temperature range. The range itself has 10 sealed high performance heating elements with overheat protection controlled by 6-heat switches. These heating elements sit in a 2 deep 5 wide configuration in front of a 10" stainless steel back guard with a slotted black enamel cap. For increased operator safety, this model features cool touch oven door handles and heating element overheat protection, which adjusts element power if it is turned on for 8 minutes with no pan on top. This model is equipped for operation on 240V/60Hz/1-phase.
