To maximize cooking options without taking up floor space, the Garland GTOG24-4 gas hotplate has a 23.63-inch width and four burner sections. Each section has an adjustable valve to control the heat and a grate that's ergonomically designed for handling. Because the grates sit over the pilots, they protect them from spills and runoff, and the front rail has a 4-inch ledge that separates chefs from the hot grates. Providing strength and streamlining cleaning, this unit is made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Elevating the unit off the counter, the legs are adjustable to maintain stability.
