With two separately controlled 12-inch sections, the Garland GTGG24-GT24M gas griddle has precise thermostat controls that can set the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and on/off switches. A grease trough catches waste throughout the day, and the 4-inch-deep rail protrudes from the front, protecting knobs from grease and oil. With a 1-inch-thick polished steel griddle plate and 4-inch adjustable legs, the unit is made of durable stainless steel. With a piezo pilot ignition system, employees can light the griddle quickly, while the ³?₄-inch NPT gas regulator has a T manifold, so this griddle can be connected by flush-mount or straight through the rear.
