Energy Efficient Refrigeration System

This refrigerated chef base is energy efficient and features a heavy-duty Embraco compressor that significantly lowers noise and vibration levels and can save you up to 40% more on energy compared to other types.

This unit’s refrigeration system is self-contained and designed to provide balanced refrigeration even under the most demanding of environments. Product temperatures can easily be adjusted between 33 and 38°F thanks to the high-tech Dixell digital temperature controller.

Magnetic drawer gaskets are also supplied with the chef base to help maintain internal temperatures as well as keep dust and other debris out.

Convenient Storage and Functions

The 60-inch Atosa chef base has a capacity of 8.4 cubic feet and features two spacious and refrigerated drawers for keeping food such as hamburgers and toppings or panini fixings, fresh and cool until they’re ready to be cooked or served.

The single piece cabinet top is constructed out of a reinforced, heavy-duty stainless steel that allows it to support a range of countertop cooking equipment like ranges, charbroilers, and griddles. The extended top that comes with this model allows you even more counter space capable of holding even larger cooking appliances.

Both the interior and exterior of this refrigerated chef base are constructed out of a high quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel that makes the unit easy to clean and maintain, while offering the most modern appearance guaranteed to suit any commercial kitchen.

The cabinet features two gravity fed, self closing drawers that come equipped with stainless steel drawer slides and rollers. For your convenience, both drawers can be easily removed from the cabinet completely without the use of any tools. They also feature recessed handles that help prevent them from catching on anything or anyone while also making them easy to clean.

A set of four high quality 5-inch swivel casters are also pre-installed to help improve mobility. These industrial casters are designed to hold over 150 pounds of weight each and come with brakes on two of the wheels for added safety and control.
