Ice-O-Matic CIM0826FA Description
To prevent the growth of unsanitary bacteria, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0826FA ice machine head is protected with antimicrobial PURE ICE®. The components in the food zone can be removed and washed in a dishmachine to facilitate thorough cleaning. Because this unit discharges air from the top as well as the side, it can be installed in a variety of locations.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0826FA full-cube ice maker is an air-cooled unit featuring a self-contained condenser that’s fast and simple to install. It produces full-size cubes at a maximum rate of 896 pounds per day in ideal conditions, and it uses an LED display to alert users of operational updates. To encourage routine, thorough cleaning, it features one-touch controls for descaling and sanitizing as well as dishwasher-safe food zone components.
