Description

The ED-15H is an electric hot plate that is part of the Electric Designer Series from Garland. Featuring open coiled elements with porcelain enameled bowls, heat is produced quickly for optimal results. Each element is controlled by a six position switch with indicator lights that are mounted on the front panel. In addition, this unit has a flexible designed that is engineered for standard fast food operations.
