The Convotherm OES 6.10 ET MINI is a mini combi oven that holds a combination of different sheet pans. It features a boilerless injection system for steam, and a built-in, Convotherm cookbook with pre-programmed recipes. It also has the ability to store up to 250 recipes from 1 to 20 steps.
