Description

The Vulcan VC4ED 240 Volt 1 Phase Single Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven is designed to ensure that cookies and bread are done evenly and to perfection. With stainless steel used for each appliances front, top, and sides, you can trust that this single-deck oven will be able to last for years of repeated use. The matching durable stainless steel doors will operate independently and boast double-paned windows that are sure to keep the heat within the oven cabinet.

The standard depth will hold full-sized pans, and the interiors are lined with porcelain enamel that will handle the constant placement and removal of pans. The non-sag insulation ensures that there will be no hot spots on the exterior of the ovens, preventing inadvertent burns. There are 11 position rack guides in each cabinet that let you come up with whatever configuration would work best at any given point in time. Also included are 5 nickel plated oven racks that measure 28-1/4" x 20-1/2".

Solid state controls are easy to operate with no training required. This convection oven is an electric unit that operates on a 240 volt, 60 hertz, 1-phase, 52 Amps, and does not come with a cord set. The VC4ED is ENERGY STAR Qualified, NSF listed, and UL listed to United States and Canadian safety standards.
