The Waring Commercial WFP16SCD is a combination food processor that can dice, slice, shred, purée, chop, and more with a completely sealed 4 quart batch bowl (which makes it perfect for soups, sauces, marinades, and more) or with external ejection (which makes it perfect for high-volume output).
Its batch bowl is a high-impact, virtualy unbreakable and scratch-resistant polycarbonate, which you can see into while processing. It is lighter than metal, but built for tough use. It also has a rugged, black polycarbonate hopper that is scratch and break resistant.
The WFP16SCD comes with 4 discs for dicing, whipping, slicing, and shredding, plus an S-blade. The slicing disc is actually adjustable, so you're really getting 16 different possible thicknesses (so it's like 16 discs in 1!) and the shredding disc is reversible, so you're able to have fine or coarse shredding.Â
(The WFP16SCDC is the Quebec version of this processor. It passes Quebec's health and safety standards.)
