Featuring steel U-style burners and a polished griddle plate, heat is spread evenly throughout the cooking surface for optimum results. Individual manual controls allow energy of standing pilots to be regulated per portion while cooking a variety of foods at different temperatures. In addition, this unit has double-wall insulation that is energy efficient for light cooking to high production in commercial kitchens.
