Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-R 27" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

To maintain ingredients at safe temperatures, the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-R compact sandwich prep table has an operating temperature range between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses R-450A refrigerant. Operators can monitor and adjust temperatures via the three-digit LED display; the cabinet and door are insulated with 2.38-inch-thick, high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane to help reduce temperature fluctuations. The cabinet's interior is made of anodized aluminum and has two heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelves that hold 150 pounds of product each. A right-hinged, solid door encloses the cabinet and can stay open at a 105-degree position to ease product insertion and removal.

The top section of the Centerline by Traulsen CLPT-2708-SD-R prep table includes a cut-out portion that comes with eight sixth-size pans with 4-inch depths to organize ingredients in storage. A white polyethylene cutting board is secured in place in front of the organized pan section and can be removed for cleaning. To ensure product is protected from contaminants when it's not in use, a roll-down lid can be pulled down to cover the food pans. The unit's 27.88-inch by 32.75-inch by 44-inch structure is made of corrosion-resistant, high-quality stainless steel and is equipped with 4-inch casters, facilitating mobility for maintenance requirements or catering applications.
