A good choice for environments where it'll withstand heavy use, the Rational CD1ERRA.0000215 iCombi Pro® combi oven's interior and exterior are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. It can be used to roast, grill, and bake various products, and its settings can be adjusted using intuitive touchscreen controls. To further streamline operation, it features four digital assistants that perform functions such as automatic cleaning, dish sequence organization, and climate management. This half-size model accommodates (10) 12-inch by 20-inch steam pans, (10) 13-inch by 18-inch sheet pans, or (10) 11-GN pans.

The Rational CD1ERRA.0000215 combi oven has a temperature range of 85 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's equipped with a six-point core temperature probe to ensure product is cooked to safe levels. It features a triple-paned glass door to preserve heat while enabling operators to monitor the cooking process. To facilitate cleaning, it features a retractable hand shower and comes with one bucket of Active Green Cleaner and one bucket of Care Tabs.
