This Carlisle 028703 assorted ladles have a 1 oz. Capacity for portion control, is made of black polycarbonate for resistance to detergent, stains, acids, and breakage, and suitable for measuring and pouring dressings, sauces, and other foods. This set consists of 12 ladles; a set contains of each of the following: 1 bleu cheese, 1 lo-cal, 1 Italian, 1 house, 1 French, 1 Ranch, 1 thousand island & 1 Caesar Plus 4 plain labels (with no imprinting). these ladles have spouts on both sides of bowl for pouring from either side, and a one-piece construction for durability and to facilitate cleaning. They are dishwasher-safe and meets NSF international/American National standards Institute (ANSI) standard 2 for food equipment. Contains 9-1/2" and 13-1/2 inch lengths.
