Description

The Robot Coupe Blixer-2 is a commercial food processor with a durable 2.5 quart stainless steel bowl included. There is a stainless steel serrated blade assembly, ensuring easy mixing even with tougher food products. The pulse switch also allows control of exactly how long the processor is running, making sure no food is ever chopped too finely. The 1 horsepower motor capable of 3450 RPM provides more than enough power for everyday blending or mixing.
