The Winco Benchmark 51026 nacho chip warmer is a stainless steel countertop chip warmer. With a 26 gallon capacity, this unit allows you to store chips at a 90°F-180°F degree temperature and is also a top loader. The digital temperature indicator and adjustable thermostat ensure that the chips are always served at the proper temperature.
The 51026 also has four 4" adjustable legs, which allows easy access to under the machine for conventnent cleaning. It also utilizes convection heating with a circulating fan to make sure that all of the product gets heated evenly.
