The Atmovac ATVCB90-0812 is a pack of 100 8" x 12" channelled vacuum packaging bags. There are 100 bags per pack. Channelled vacuum sealer bags are ideally used with external vacuum sealers, but these bags can be used with chamber vacuum sealers too.
Channelled vacuum bags completely remove oxygen from the bag. Unlike smooth bags, they have a textured surface that allows oxygen to completely escape during the sealing process. Usually, channelled vacuum packaging bags are not for sous-vide cooking, however, these bags from Atmovac can handle high temperatures.
