This system can produce as many as (280) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour, and to preserve fresh flavors for hours, it can brew coffee into airpots and ThermoFresh servers. With its Infusion Series technology, it can generate multiple recipes to expand menu offerings, while its Peak Extraction spray head and smartWAVE spray head technology work in tandem to extract coffee uniformly while reducing limescale. Its pulse brewing and pre-infusion mechanisms can improve flavor extraction to achieve a desired brew, and to ensure brewing cycle completion, an electronic funnel lock secures the brew funnels in place until coffee has dripped through completely. A hot water faucet is supplied for custom installation so businesses can serve tea or hot chocolate if desired.
