Description
The VCRG36-M is a Countertop Griddle from Vulcan. This product ships as a natural gas griddle, but features a field conversion kit to liquid propane. The polished steel griddle plate measures at 1? thick. The front, sides, and top ledge are constructed of stainless steel. The griddle itself measures 36" x 20-1/2?. The grease can has a capacity of 4-1/2 quarts. There is a pilot safety valve included for every 2 burners, which shuts off gas if the pilot extinguishes.
This low-profile griddle features (3) U-shaped burners, which are constructed of aluminized steel. There are (3) snap-action thermostatic controls, one for each burner. The cooking height measures 12-1/2?, while the legs stand at 4?. The temperature ranges from 200? to 450?F.
