The Cambro 36CW135 is a 6" deep 1/3 size standard heat Camwear Pan with a 5.6 quart capacity. These containers are ideal for use in sandwich prep units, coolers, and freezers, able to withstand temperatures of -40 to 210. These pans feature clear polycarbonate construction that is sturdy and can stand up to heavy daily use but also lets the use see the contents of the box without removing the lid. This model also boasts a scratch resistant textured bottom. Camwear pans feature graduated markings in both imperial and metric for better inventory management.
